Portland’s Premier Historic Residence

The Marlborough Condominium Association is the organization of individual unit owners of the Marlborough Building, located at 180-188 High Street in Portland, Maine. Built in 1914, the building was originally named “The Marlborough Apartments” and is an accredited Historical Residential Building.
