Unit owners are reminded that, at all times, units must be fully in compliance with all building, fire, and safety codes. The Association works closely with the Fire Marshall to ensure that the building is compliant with all codes.
If the fire alarm sounds, immediately move toward the exits. Make sure unit doors are closed to help prevent additional damage.
No items are to be left in the common areas. The Portland City Code requires that all common areas remain clear and free of all personal items.
The Portland Fire Department requires that Unit Owners make keys available for use by the Fire Department. This is a code requirement. In the event of an emergency, if the key is not available, forced entry could be made to the Unit by the Fire Department. The replacement costs would be the responsibility of the Unit Owner.
The front and back doors of all living Units are required to be self-closing, positive latching and have spring loaded hinges. If your front or back door spring loaded hinges are not functioning properly, please contact:
